All content on the DREAM Network website — including training materials, blog articles, vlogs, research publications, event resources, and member communications — is provided for educational and awareness purposes only.

While we strive for accuracy and currency, the information should not be construed as professional advice (legal, medical, financial, or academic). DREAM Network and DRDF are not liable for decisions made solely based on website content. Always consult qualified professionals for specific guidance.

General Member registration is open to all students in Bangladesh. However, registration does not constitute automatic enrollment — every application is subject to admin review and approval. The DREAM Network admin team reserves the right to:

• Approve, reject, or suspend any membership application.
• Request additional verification (e.g. institutional ID).
• Terminate memberships that violate our code of conduct.

Campus Steward selection is competitive and at the sole discretion of the admin committee. Submitting an application does not guarantee selection. Selection criteria include motivation, leadership potential, institutional representation gaps, and prior contributions.

Enrollment in any DREAM Network training program is subject to:

• Availability of seats (capacity is enforced per program).
• Successful payment verification (for paid programs).
• Admin confirmation email — your seat is reserved only after confirmation.
• Compliance with prerequisites, where specified.

DREAM Network reserves the right to reschedule or cancel programs in case of unavoidable circumstances (force majeure, facilitator unavailability, low enrollment). In case of cancellation, paid participants receive a full refund or transfer to a future batch.

Training and event fees vary by program, mode (online/offline/hybrid), and membership tier. The published fee structure is reviewed periodically and may change without prior notice. The fee displayed at the time of enrollment is the binding amount.

• General Members pay the standard program fee.
• Campus Stewards receive a full fee waiver on most training programs and events.
• DREAM Fellows enjoy free access to all training and priority event registration.
• Members may receive percentage-based discounts on certain events as advertised.

Refunds, where applicable, follow the refund policy shared at enrollment. Typically, cancellations made 48+ hours before a program start are eligible for a full refund; later cancellations may receive credit toward a future batch.

The Campus Steward term is 1 year from the date of appointment. At term end, the admin committee evaluates performance and decides on one of the following:

• Renewal — extend the stewardship for another year.
• Non-renewal — conclude the stewardship with thanks.
• Elevation — promote the steward to DREAM Fellow based on demonstrated excellence.

Stewards may be removed mid-term for misconduct, inactivity, or violation of the DREAM Network code of conduct. The admin decision is final.

Elevation to DREAM Fellow is the highest recognition within DREAM Network. It is granted at the discretion of the admin committee based on:

• Completion of all 4 levels of the training pathway (where applicable).
• Demonstrated contributions to research, mentorship, and community impact.
• Recommendation by a current DREAM Fellow or admin (for nomination pathway).
• Review of the applicant's statement of purpose and key contributions.

Submitting a Fellow application does not guarantee elevation. The committee's decision is final and not subject to appeal, though unsuccessful applicants may reapply after 6 months.

Published blog content on DREAM Network reflects the views of the respective authors and not necessarily those of DREAM Network, DRDF, or its partners. All submissions undergo an editorial review process:

• Submissions are reviewed by DREAM Network editors within 5–7 business days.
• Editors may request revisions for clarity, accuracy, or alignment with our editorial standards.
• Plagiarism, hate speech, misinformation, or copyrighted material will result in rejection.
• Approved articles are published with full author credit and a byline.
• DREAM Network retains a non-exclusive license to publish and promote accepted content.

Authors retain ownership of their work. We may remove published articles at the author's request or in response to verified complaints.
