A DREAM Fellow is the highest recognition in DREAM Network — reserved for students who have demonstrated sustained excellence across research, leadership, and social impact. Fellows are elevated either by completing the full 4-level training pathway with exceptional contributions, or by direct nomination from the DRDF board or advisory committee.
Beyond the Steward level, Fellows take on advanced responsibilities: mentoring future stewards, leading research projects, representing DREAM Network at conferences, and shaping the network’s strategic direction. They form the backbone of DREAM’s institutional knowledge and the next generation of academic and civic leaders in Bangladesh.
Complete all four training levels with exceptional contributions to be eligible for Fellow elevation — or be nominated directly by the DRDF board or advisory committee.
Alternative: Direct Nomination
Outstanding contributors may be nominated by DRDF board members or advisory committee — bypassing the standard pathway with admin approval.
